Hi, I'd like to know if you advise some servers for install this component and if is possible to put some videos on PPV with your component.

you need to be more specific on what kind of server you are looking for.. Shared, VPS, Dedicated and what type of money your willing to spend as people can give you some detailed accounts of there provider..

As you want to make a PPV system? I take it you want to have an automated System where a user pays for a subscription and then they are add to a group for a specified time and they can watch the videos..

This is on the RoadMap but not a priority at the moment as waiting for joomla 1.6 to be released with its new built in ACL

I think this is more related to the use you will have of the component. Will you be hosting videos, or doing mostly remote streaming?
Streaming is not very resources intensives for servers but it does take huge bandwidth : if you are planing to host your videos, unlimited traffic will be the only option, as usually, paying extra traffic become quickly unaffordable
