I posted this already.. but apparently it didn't stick. I will gladly pay for a subscription.. but how difficult will it be to keep the ads from youtube? If I am posting videos from youtube people who get paid for their channel ads, they will sue me to death if I leech their stuff. Please advise...

when you post content on any video site like youtube, vimeo, blip.tv , dailymotion and so on you accept your content can be used anywhere.
it s up to them to make the request so there isn't any embed code available.. or make it private so content can't be hotlinked

if there is an EMBED link provided its perfectly legal well i would say in the terms... Because they have option now to let the user disable embedding...

What your not allowed to do is use your own ads over their video.. But thats up to you..
