Hello,

I installed a joomtube Joomla test server (videoptic.auguria.net) to verify the validity of this solution.
I additions my videos :
* via youtune
* by downloading

An error appears on the display interface. The video is not visible.
I realized that no video was present in the directory jomtubefiles !!!!

How do I find my mistake?

version of joomla : 1.5.15
version of jomtube : 1.0.9 Beta -> Besides, why your last version is it beta?

I created in support ticket on BUT I have no answer. Why?

Why no response ?

I have the same problem. Youtube videos shows a '!' sign. when I open them
It's because the Youtube plugin doesn't work anymore, atleast, not when you want to use it with JW player..

Not even the JW player Youtube version seems to work. I guess the plugin just need a small fix. The support isn't great with Jomtube though, so I am very afraid this will take a while, unless some user has figured it out already and will enlighten us :)

(You can always use the defaul YouTube player though, but it sucks big time for my website).

I am appalled by the quality of support is very bad? I regret paying for this !!!!

I think buy this component, but now i think NO!

If don´t have support and many things to FIX, is better create one or buy other.
