To change your php.ini settings please look at the what i wrote below.. Do a google search as this has to do with what server you have, shared, dedicated, etc. But once you understand what you need to do is not very hard..

And like undercash mentioned any settings you change in the php.ini will not be reflected until you RESTART APACHE either from the WHM or SHELL... I always just use my WHM PANEL for this or whatever you have PLESK.. You can use the shell commands also..

I am know server guru as there all these different offshoots of Linux.. so the logic is the same.. only difference is the type of CPANEL if your using one and the shell commands may vary slightly..

and if you look at the phpinfo page it will show you the path you php.ini file

Thanks to undercash and Subfighter. I had my Apache restarted, and now I'm able to fetch all the meta information for my vídeos. So this solve one part of the problem, now I have another one. The videos don't load. Any suggestions?

do you have Directory Permission Check on green in the global config backend?
if this is streamed locally you need to chmod the folders "jomtubefiles" to 777 or at least 757

Yes, I do. That was the first thing I've checked. I've turned every folders related to jomtube 777. It's strange that since I'm using remote videos, that I get a message saying the video was not found on the administrator components folder. If it was local, anyways, it should go to jomtubefiles folder, right? So I don't get it.

I'm happy that finally I can retreive the information, so I think this must be a small problem that we're not getting.

can you try selecting the original player of the video provider, going in plugins
