Forget the damn installer. There are plenty of good components without that.

And you can do that after your stable version.

It's been a while so I can assume new Jomtube comes with everything you promised plus more.

But the question is, when is the release date ?!.

i would presume upload the files and run the sql through php my admin ( as thats all the installer would do )

all the installer does in the xml file is say put this file in this folder ( or create a folder ) and run the sql statments , in most cases its the easiest part of creating a component / module or plugin for Joomla :)
